“I went to this location yesterday to inquire about a reservation I made with Life Storage. Much to my surprise it is now CubeSmart. Initially I was a little taken back but as soon as I had an opportunity to work with Ivan and Latrice, I quickly realized that this was where I wanted the storage to be. They are wonderful, despite the fact that they had only been there a day or two and worked with irritated customers with respect and kindness. CubeSmart needs to do everything in their power to keep Ivan and Latrice. I certainly look forward to working with them in the future”

“Valet attendants were welcoming and polite. Decor was nice and eye catching. Lighting was great, and so was the sound quality. We readily got attention at the bar downstairs where we ordered the Cubano and Alibi cocktails. The Cubano was reminiscent of an old fashioned cocktail, and I really enjoyed it. The upstairs patio had less people, and had a bar as well. Overall satisfying experience here.”

“My experience with Herman Park smiles was great. I did not expect to be seen that day. I walked in inquiring about been a new patient. Ms Mari ask did I have insurance, I told her yes, she ask for my insurance information I gave it to her. Then she asked if I wanted to be seen that day. I said, sure.Ms. Mari said she, would verify my insurance and I could return and the Dr could see me. All of the staff was very professional. Dr Sly has a great personality and a beautiful office. I only received cleaning and X-rays and exam. Unfortunately I have cavities. I will return on a up date on treatment experience.”

“I have been a resident at the Verdir for 15 years. I chose the Verdir to be my home because the location was very convenient to everything I wished to have......employment, world class healthcare facilities, centers of higher education, shopping centers, restaurants, sports, arts and entertainment. More specifically, the Verdir apartments are very close to the Texas Medical Center, Hermann Park (which includes the Houston Zoo and Hermann Park golf course), Museum District and finally downtown Houston. Because of the above factors, my stay at the Verdir has been, and continues to be, an enjoyable and comfortable experience. The largest influence to my time here is the Verdir’s management team (JMG Realty). They have always treated me very well and when there are concerns, they continue to act responsibly and promptly to address them, whether the concerns are within my apartment or within the apartment community.
