“I have not used the services of DePelchin so this review is just of the meeting spaces, which I have used on a number of occasions. This is one of the most beautiful buildings in Houston, with lovely meeting rooms and a gorgeous outdoor area which is simply glorious. They have great amenities and tons of space. I'm always glad to be able to visit!”

“I'm giving it 5 stars circumstantially. It's not like it's overflowing with amenities, yet it does what a park sets out to do: provides rest and tranquility. I was trying to explore potential shortcuts between the places I had to go and I was carrying heavy groceries and trying to get to a particular bus stop, and I was hungry and low on energy. It was amazingly perfect I had this place to sit and rest on a bench. No one was out there, so I had the park to myself. When I got up to leave, to my relief there sure was an open part to the fence along the street, an actual modest entrance. If inquiring minds want to know, there are no shortcuts to my route; however this place afforded me the respite I needed from the toasty, tired journey.”
