This time as we moved from Crosby after thirty two years capped off a great relationship . We listed the house on one day and the next day had the buyer for list price. You advised us as to what to fix up , told us about procedures and let us know you also had the buyer. Everything was professional and above board. It was good to work with someone who was not selling their first house. You provided us with the paperwork, showed us what our expenses would be step by step. Thank You. You sold me the first house when I moved To Crosby as School Superintendent in 1986. When we sold that house it moved for our price in forty five minutes and closed quickly. Maryland and I then bought the Topside home which we just sold to an outstanding former student whose family both of us knew. In between we bought and sold a starter home for Maryland's son and then you did the impossible by selling it promptly. Thanks also for being a friend , along with Jan. Thanks for guiding me to great repair people such as Keith Carden and our old standby Bob who now seems like part of our family. You were so supportive of the twenty two years I was Superintendent and of the Kids Hope Program through CUMC. We both will miss your friendship.
