“I've been treated by Dr. Bortnem for the past four years. I'm impressed. I've had periodontal disease for decades, so I alternate visits between Dr. Bortnem and a periodontist. The semi-annual deep cleanings I get from Jo at Dr. Bortnem's office are better than those I'd been getting at my Houston periodontist's office. When I broke a tooth, Dr. Bortnem was able to fit me with a permanent crown that he fabricated on-site during that single visit. I'm retired and have no dental insurance, so cost is important to me. Dr. Bortnem isn't "cheap," but I believe I'm getting good value for the dollars spent. His new facility on Rustic Woods is very nice. The staff is friendly and efficient. I'll definitely continue seeing Dr. Bortnem for my routine dental needs.”

We were very much on the fence about ordering a dessert. We had such a fulfilling meal. The owner overheard us. She came back moments later to treat us with a slice cake. It was such a delight to see someone care about their diners experience that she decided to give us a sweet on her. Not many people take the time to connect with their customers. She had.
