“I have absolutely adored the time I've had so far in my apartment. Property management staff have been so kind and helpful. They are also responsive. And, the maintenance team is so kind. They smile and wave every time I see them. The property is kept very clean and the landscaping is always manicured. Overall, the property is quiet. And, I can attest to the fact that it is safe. “We bought our home in a very nearby subdivision, which caused our children to be zoned to Owens Elem. My children do currently attend this school, and my husband and I have been satisfied thus far. I did once withdraw my eldest son, (before my kindergartener started school) because the head principal at that time had absolutely no leadership skills whatsoever. The 2014-2015 school year, the school received a NEW head principal, and we have since placed both of our little ones back at this campus. I can most certainly tell the difference within the faculty and staff since the new, most needed change has happened. The teachers are certainly more on point than before. ”
