(July 17, 2023, 8:19 pm)Luckily for my wife and I, we tried Tacos El Bueno. It was excellent, food was prepared in an appropriate time, they were very helpful friendly and their food truck serving area was very clean. We will frequent them often.
(May 5, 2023, 4:39 pm)I recently had the pleasure of trying Tacos El Bueno food truck, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked up to the window, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff.
The menu was full of delicious options, and I decided to try a few different tacos. Each one was packed with flavor and generously filled with meat and toppings. The salsa and other condiments were also top-notch and added the perfect amount of spice and flavor.
What I really appreciated about Tacos El Bueno was the quality of their ingredients. The meat was fresh and cooked to perfection, and the tortillas were soft and freshly made. You could really taste the care and attention that went into each dish.
Overall, I highly recommend Tacos El Bueno to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Mexican food. The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for more!
(March 7, 2023, 12:22 pm)These tacos were amazing! Got the Mexico on Fire plate and each one was solid. Definitely trying these again on the way back from camping! The salsas are tasty too.
(October 9, 2021, 4:49 pm)I recently moved to Colorado Springs from New Mexico, and I have been craving authentic Mexican ever since I moved, rarely finding any that passes the test.
THIS truck has the best Mexican food (I got a spread of all their different kinds of tacos) that I have had in this city!
Everything was super fresh, And they keep things simple—just the meat with onions and cilantro—which is best.
The salsa was tasty and had a decent bite to it.
The service was wonderful, and they have a customer for life with me now. If you haven’t tried this place, I suggest you do so asap!
