Sterling was fantastic. Had an issue with our SIM card. Sterling was on his lunch break but offered to help us. In minutes had the new SIM and was calling. Super helpful! Thanks.

Decided to upgrade my phone with Verizon and had such a positive experience. Sterling and Elizabeth were very friendly, knowledge, and seamlessly transferred all of my stuff to my new phone. Am glad to be with Verizon and plan to stay. Great job Dripping Springs Verizon.

Sterling was the only one in the store when I walked in and I was the only customer. Great timing. I told him that I wanted to get a new iPhone 12 as my iPhone 8 would not keep an all day charge anymore. He assisted me and explained the discounts that I would be getting and some extras that I might want to order. When all was said and done, I traded my iPhone 8 in for the 12th and paid only $400. However I am going to have to go back because the 12 works very differently than the eight and I am 77 years old and will need some help learning it. By the time I was ready to go he had two other customers but he was still helping me as he was also helping them. He did a great balancing job between We three customers. Well done, Sterling.

Best experience ever at a Verizon store!

Sterling is the manager and he truly went above and beyond. Sweet man spent literally hours fixing some technical glitches that I have on my phone and he could not have been nicer.

Elijah was also super helpful and courteous.
