  My husband and I had the best experience purchasing new mattresses and bases at Factory Mattress. Daniel Hernandez spent almost 3 hours with us explaining everything from A to Z and the various choices available. He went the extra mile. We greatly appreciated his patience and expertise and left the store feeling that we had made the right purchases! And we were glad to meet Catherine who had been so pleasant and helpful over the phone.

  If you want a true experience of great customer service, you need to stop by Factory Mattress in Dripping Springs and talk to Store Manager, Daniel Hernandez. We walked in not knowing what kind of mattress we needed and Daniel was kind enough to spend a great deal of his time to ensure we found the best mattress to meet our specific needs. Daniel is very personable and has a wealth of knowledge about the mattresses he sells. If you're in need of a great mattress, I highly recommend Daniel as the person you need to see.

  Great experience. Daniel took his time with us as we were making our decision about which mattress and adjustable base was best for us. He wasn’t at all pushy, but dealt with us like he was a well informed friend, patiently answering our questions and giving relevant information about each mattress we tried. It was apparent that he wanted us to make the best choice that would satisfy our needs and not just make a sale. I highly recommend Factory Mattress and definitely ask for Daniel.

  I was just looking to replace a box spring with a proper foundation for a memory foam mattress. This was not a big ticket purchase but Daniel incredibly helpful and was able to provide a couple options for me and even arrange a same day pickup.
  
  He was happy to spend some time explaining their more advanced beds even though I was just curious and not looking to buy.

  I’ve been searching for a new a new mattress and randomly came into the Factory Mattress on Anderson Ln. I won’t lie the cute picture and slogan about being your own hero got me. My mother and I had the pleasure of meeting Mariana T. I had no idea what I was looking for, however Mariana knew just what to do.
  
  She helped me find the perfect mattress by using the Right fit. I was impressed with how the technology was able to calculate what my body needed. After we got the results she went to work. She explained in great detail how the mattress were made, how they could relieve pressure points and take stress off my body. She shared a lot of knowledge about the different types of mattresses I was testing out as well. Every question I asked she was able to provide me with enough information so I could make an informed decision.
  
  I didn’t feel rushed or that she was just trying to make a sale. Her customer service and communication skills were immaculate. She is such a kind and personable person that it was an easy choice. She let me test out a handful of mattresses and I was able to find the one that was best for my needs. Her energy and assertiveness is what sealed the deal for me. I could’ve talked to her for hours about everything she knows about her job.
  
  She got me within my price range, and I’m so very happy with my purchase. I look forward to getting my delivery. If you ever have a chance to meet with her please tell her Ro sent you!! She’s a gem! 10/10 recommend!
