  love this gym. I used to go to the gym often but fell off, so I was very intimidated to go back. This place has a very welcoming atmosphere, and it allows you to focus on your workout. I never did classes for working out before but their classes really help you get in the zone. I can't recommend this place enough.
  update: been going since I made this post. I've gotten significantly stronger and I can feel my oldself coming back. Still recommend this gym Irma and Chris are great coaches.

  S&E is the place to be! A friendly, welcoming environment made up of members who work hard and like to have fun. Irma and Chris are the best coaches! They truly care about each member and will help you succeed no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. If you’re looking for a sign to join a gym, this is it!

  I can not rave enough about this gym! I am someone who is very clueless in what exercises to do and need a lot of direction. Well this place takes all the guess work out of it! The classes are well organized and lead by the amazing coaches Irma and Chris. They help you in every way possible to make sure you do the exercises correctly and safely to maximize your work out. They make everyone feel very welcomed and motivated! I have only been going for about 4 months so far but in that time they have helped me become a better version of myself. If you have thought about coming here and just haven't gotten to it, do yourself a favor and try it out!!! 100% recommend

  S&E has change my life ! I started out with private training with Irma. She help me get familiar with the equipment and work on my form she’s the best coach I ever had. I just recently started doing their classes and it’s the best. Irma and Chris are a great team ! Everyone is so welcoming and we help each other out no one gets left behind! If you’re considering joining S&E just DO IT! I promise you won’t regret it!

  My experience here has nothing short of amazing! Coaches Irma and Chris are so helpful and motivating and the rest of the gym members are so nice. Most gyms can pretty intimidating if you’re just starting out on a fitness journey and this one was so welcoming! The group classes are fun and are targeted to all fitness levels. The 1:1 sessions with Irma are challenging but well worth it!
