  Serena in services is amazing. Everyone working there has awesome customer service! I was limited on time and they were able to fix everything very quickly. Buda Crestview is the best place to go for your RV needs

  We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone from the front desk, sales, service, parts and finance was knowledgeable and respectful. Our sales rep Travis Buck navigated us through the buying process seamlessly. He went above and beyond to make sure any of our questions or concerns were addressed promptly. We visited two other dealers a little further south and had terrible experiences, never again... I will definitely be giving Travis a call when the time comes for our next RV purchase.

  Nice folks. Don't be in a hurry and be aware not every tech can work on everything. An appointment is very handy and don't take excuses as the work ethic seems slightly challenged. Now the good part, they appear to be committed to making you happy with the service if you squeak a little.

  I would like to give 5 stars as an update to my previous 3 star rating. The customer service has improved greatly over the years. Maybe because we are long time customers but, we get treated with respect and not pushed into anything. Sarah is by far one of the best saleswoman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She will find something to match your needs and have fun while doing it. They have been great to us on valuing our trades as well. I would like to say the service guys are great as well and the front desk will always great you with a warm welcome. There are a couple people in the parts department that I find rude and unwelcoming but i think it is not worth taking off a star for a couple of interactions that truly don't have to do with the overall experience of buying a new RV. So with that said I am happy to upgrade my rating and to be going back in the spring to trade in my 5th wheel!
