I started going here to deal with psoriatric arthritis pain in my wrist and fingers in both hands. I was not sure how much pain could be relieved because the autoimmune arthritis was still flaring up some - especially in my wrists and right hand. I But, after five visits and multiple different exercises and physical therapy sessions, my finger, back of hand, and wrist pain has dropped significantly. My hands are now close to 90% functional. From a peak pain level of 8 to 9 out of 10 in stressful hand/wrist use, my pain level is now down to 2 to 3 in stressful use. I have been discharged and I will continue the latest round of exercises which have helped almost completely get rid of some of the last back of hand and finger tendon pain.

I was skeptical about this place. Mainly because of the price. $250 a visit!

My daughter was dealing with very painful sciatic issues that would leave her in tears. The issue came out of nowhere and almost as soon has her club Bball season ended. Last three weeks when we finally decided to give this place a try. I kid you not, and it’s probably not the same for everyone, but left pain free. She had a vball game that night and was able to play. About 9 days later, off to the next appt, still no pain.

The even cooler part was, even though I was dreading another $250, they did a 5 min assessment and said “since there aren’t any issues and you have no pain, we aren’t treating today.” They could easily said “well let’s just do a :30 min session,” and took our money.

So I’m glad we found a place for a quick, long lasting fix but even happier at their integrity and honesty.

I have had a really good experience here over the years. Multiple injuries have been treated and the consistency with the solutions are amazing. Dr. Jones, Dr. Finale and most recently Dr. Shellman. They really can get you back to activity within three visits. Dr. Shellman just treated a calf injury for me and I was back to running in 5 days. They genuinely care about you.

Dr Shellman and his team are amazing! My son is a soccer and basketball player and had knee pain for several months. We tried pt and a knee brace for 3 months with little to no improvement. After switching to Dr Shellman and just 3 visits, my son is back to feeling 100% again.

My daughter (16) is a ballerina and dances 6 days a week. She had just wrapped up a performance schedule and was complaining of hip pain. After going to the doctor, she confirmed that it was not a bone issue and sent us to Airrosti. We had only 2 visits with Dr. Shellman and her hip pain is gone! Dr. Shellman and his team are great at what they do. Dr. Shellman has a wonderful "bed-side manner" and puts you at ease. He listens and is thoughtful about the treatment. I highly recommend him!! 4 stars just because it is expensive.
