  Everything about having my car serviced at Whitlock Automotive was a positive experience! It was easy to schedule an appointment on a date and time that worked for me, they were super nice and professional at the shop, finished the work quickly and sent me on my way. While I was waiting, I observed extreme kindness and patience with a customer who walked in needing help. That was just the cherry on top of a great experience. I will definitely return to Whitlock with future car servicing needs.

  Great shop. They came highly recommended from a number of my neighbors. My truck sputtered into their shop and they were very welcoming and set my expectations on when they would be able to fit it into their schedule. They diagnosed it ahead of schedule and helped me understand my options. Their prices seem fair and they appear to do quality work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

  Always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They got me in and out amidst a very busy time of day/week. Whitlock Automotive and THOR off-road are the only folks I leave my truck with for everything from tire patching and oil changes to lift kits and exhaust replacement. Top notch staff, and top notch owners.

  By far the best shop I have been to and here is why: they are honest! I've been for service twice now and both times I have been respected when I came in and explained by problem. (FYI - I made an appointment earlier to expediate the process.) I drive an older vehicle with over 220,000 miles and it is in great shape. I brought it in for service and fast forward - the vehicle looks great, did not find any issue with rear shock or brake system. Very nominal fee for time and diagnostics. I will be back!! Thank you - Whitlock - you are a breath of fresh air!

  TL:DR
  The combination of THOR Offroad and Whitlock Automotive is the best overall group I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.
  
  I've had multiple customizations completed on my 2021 Power Wagon and my general maintenance is done by Whitlock Automotive.
  
  I had an issue with a TPMS sensor on one tire. The tire shop I bought the tires from couldn't fix it. They did.
  
  I had an issue where my speedometer was off by 10 MPH due to the larger tires I had installed. Nobody I talked to could get the hardware to reprogram it. They could and fixed it.
  
  I had an issue where my tire pressure monitor was alerting because the new tires required much less pressure. Nobody I talked to could get the hardware to reprogram the TPMS sensor. They could and did.
  
  I wanted a certain rear bumper for my truck and everyone was out of stock when I tried to get one before I found these guys. They got it in stock within a few weeks and did an incredible installation.
  
  There's nothing better than a combination of a general maintenance group who can do my oil changes, alignment, computer sensor updates, etc. & THOR Offroad who is game to do anything I envision on my Power Wagon.
  
  Give Slader a call at THOR Offroad. That guy can find things I couldn't on my own and has over delivered twice now.
