Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) - Hays Surgery Center

Very friendly and patient staff. I had my son with me and they were so kind. Make sure to make a appointment or you will wait a long time. I made a appointment and I was in and out .

First time using this location. Was only needing to drop off something to the lab. Staff was friendly and helpful. Waiting room was clean and quiet. Would give 5 stars but I'm going to have to give 4 stars. Only because the office location was kind of hard to find. There was no CPL sign on the outside of the building indicating where the the actual office was but with a couple of helpful employees in scrubs I was able to finally locate it.

Purpose was to give blood specimen. Had an appointment for 7:30 am. There was a line there; however since I had scheduled an appointment, it was honored and I did not have to wait. The technician was very professional and attentive. I was done within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Great experience.
