  Came here about 2 weeks ago with the wifey 😍. We had a 22 Tuscon SE and loved it to death but wanted something upgraded. We decided to go all in and bump up to a Limited. When I tell you I looked FAR and WIDE for a dealership with the lowest mark ups and add ons, I seriously spent weeks looking.
  
  I honest to god feel like god himself lead me to Steele Hyundai in Kyle. Other dealerships kept calling me that a Tuscon came in and I always just missed it as it was sold but little Blue here waited for us.
  
  I called Steele and David was the one that answered he stayed over a bit to confirm the car was there for me the night before and we rushed over in the morning (An hour drive but WORTH IT).
  
  We got there about 9AM David was ready for us, had the vehicle displayed ready to go. At no point did he pressure us or rush us to get things going. We took our time and fell in love with the vehicle. From there the financing and paperwork took the longest time however, I must say this was solely based off waiting for the financing. Never did they try and haggle with us or got their manager to upsell us, we just sat there waiting haha.
  
  After everything was said and done they appraised my trade, finished the paperwork, and we were out by 12PM!
  
  Seriously an AMAZING dealership with NO haggling and NO dumb mark ups. Seriously AVOID any other dealership in San Antonio or Austin that marks things up. The customer service here is IMPECCABLE! I will literally never go to another Hyundai dealership again, you got me for life Steele, thanks for being amazing during these unamazing times!

  Put a deposit on Elantra 2022 and got it in 11 days as expected on time and purchasing the car was a smooth process. Special Kudos to Kevin who helped me through the process and kept me updated about my car. There are a lot of dealerships adding extra fees/packages on top of MSRP but Steele Hyundai is selling cars at MSRP, I would recommend this dealership and Kevin.

  Had a really good experience with Steele Hyundai here. My guy Tony in internet sales worked with me for over a week to help me get into the truck I was looking for, the sales manager Vince was real easy to work with, and Vana who handled our sale was great, too.
  I've had mixed experience with car dealerships- actually mostly bad experiences- but these are good, honest people here.
  At the time I purchased, Steele was one of 2-3 dealers in the state that weren't doing markups or bogus add-ons on the Santa Cruz. No high-pressure sales tactics. They didn't try to get us to add on any extra services or accessories. We got in and out in a couple hours with our new truck.
  All in all, I would recommend this dealership.

  I had a great experience with the Service Department at this location. My 2018 Elantra GT needed a new parking brake switch and Steele Hyundai was able to order the part and get me an appointment without having to wait several months. Huge thanks to service advisor Audrey for being extremely professional, courteous and friendly, and to service technician Levi for his skill and repairing the problem so quickly.
  BTW this location has a very comfortable Customer Lounge with WiFi, satellite TV, coffee and snack machines (pics attached).
