As a new patient I was surprised at how quickly they were able to fit me it. Doctor Jack and all his staff were courteous, fast and addressed all of my concerns. Will be returning for future needs without a doubt.

As for Dr. Jack, he is amazing, super nice, very professional, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses each complaint appropriately. The girl at the front desk is super nice and does her best to assist you with your needs. As for the MAs, one girl (tall, skinny blonde haired), seemed to be in a rush to get in/out of my room, leaving me with unexpressed concerns. It was only until the doctor came in where he listened to me fully. The MA was nice but just needs to slow down a bit and allow the patient to finish expressing his/her concerns. Otherwise the entire experience was great.

It's safe it's reliable and it's fast.

After years of seeing a different dermatologist every visit and not finding any long term solutions for my skin I was so happy to meet Dr. Jack! In the past I've felt like my dermatologists didn't listen to what I had to say about my skin and they came up with a solution in a hurry just to move on to the next patient, but Dr. Jack made me feel like my concerns were really addressed and he made his treatment plan based off of what I said about my skin and not what he thought might work best based off his own opinion like others I've seen. I got the medication I wanted to try and everyone was very friendly. I left feeling more happy and optimistic than I ever have leaving the dermatologist.
