If you are in need of individual therapy or a marital session, this is the place. She is realistic and non bias. I just recently had a therapy session with my husband, and it was wonderful. I was excited that he initially agreed to go, but after talking with Dr. Bowman, he wanted to schedule our next session! I’m elated as we’ve discussed going to therapy for years (we’ve been married 15 years), however he was totally against it. The office ambiance is amazing and very welcoming! The office is very clean, smells amazing and relaxing and therapeutic (pun intended). I highly recommend scheduling a session asap as we all can use a couple of pointers or tips to navigate everyday life situations or to talk through situations. It definitely helps when you talk about things, get it off your chest and find a solution. Dr. Bowman is the best therapist/life coach in Texas ( actually - in the world). I’ve recommended family members and friends in various states! You can thank me later.
