Love Dr. Goss!! Not sure why people complain about staff not answering calls or wait time. I guess nowadays there is no patience. I've never had an issue with the office and I've been a patient of Dr. Goss for 10 yrs.

I started going to this office when we had to move cross states a couple months ago. I was roughly 26 weeks pregnant at the time. They are so very caring, accommodating and professional. When my first appointment was completed, the checkout counter made all of my next appointments ahead of time before I left the office that day! It was amazing. I’m due in roughly 3 weeks and I couldn’t be more calm knowing that they’re going to be the ones taking care of me. After reading prior reviews, I would like to say that something has changed recently in this office and they are not the same that they were a year ago or even a few months ago. It seems like they have genuinely made strides for the better!

The ladies at the front were pleasant last time I went, along with the nurse practitioner. However, I don’t believe the NP stays up to date on current research and has given me some misinformation. Scheduling is also a challenge.
Update: I went and had a procedure with Dr Bosco. Although the procedure itself wasn't a fun one, he was wonderful and answered all my questions!
