I started powerlifting at the beginning of the year with Daniel as my my coach. My first meet was in March and I totaled about 1041 then I competed again in September with a total of 1168 so an increase of a little over 100 pounds within about 5 months all by following a program made by Daniel. I’d recommend Daniel to anybody interested in getting into powerlifting or just strength training in general.

I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for Daniel.
At the beginning of my journey I was 341 lbs. with a ton of health issues, with Daniel’s help I was able to lose over 120 lbs Within a year. I would without a doubt, recommend him to anyone who is looking to make a change in their life.

Excellent coach! Personal training from Big D is just that, "personal". Every workout is new and challenging. He keeps you accountable and helps you with any fitness goals you've got. I can point to any machine, tool, or weight in the gym and he's got a pro tip ready. Knowledgeable, passionate about what he does, and overall just a great conversationalist. I always look forward to gym time with the Metroflex Fam! Great gym. 5+ stars!

I’m 44 and always looking for a challenge. I decided to enter a body building competition and was advised to see Daniel. I have had amazing progress!!!!

Don’t let that scare you though, if you are looking for just life style changes, learning about diet, or even just how to use machines if you’ve never been in a gym! Daniel is attentive and non judgmental. I am in health care and have recommended him to some of my own clients. He is very knowledgeable in nutrition and exercise!!!!

One of the best places out there to come and train. I’ve been to many gym but this one takes the cake. I’ve been to the 2nd relocated gym and it was amazing to say the least. People were there to train and not worry about what song is popping up next on their playlist or who is texting them. I’ve yet to check out the new location but I can only imagine how much more hardcore it is now than before. I had the honor of having Daniel Hagerty as my trainer for a little over 2years. This man gives it to you straight and doesn’t give out cookie cutter plans like other “online trainers” have done to me prior to meeting Daniel. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Daniel not only helped me with training but he also taught me a little bit about clean eating and counting macros etc. I’m never looking for another trainer.
