(November 17, 2020, 12:21 pm)My wife and I went in to look at Sleep Number beds as traditional mattresses just do not seem to be working out any longer. Our sales associate, Tom, was patient, considerate, thoughtful, insightful, and knowledgeable about the products in the store. We ended up purchasing a bed and two pillows. I would highly recommend this store and ask for Tom, he will be helpful.

(October 7, 2020, 11:28 am)We love our bed but we did have issues with the delivery. We contacted the customer service dept who promptly compensated us for the problems we had. They were extremely nice and understood the problem we had with our delivery. The salesman was not pushy and was knowledgeable about the beds and frames. Although there were delivery issues it was not the fault of the employees who did their best to get.our bed set up and even came back on a Saturday to finish up. All in all we would recommend this store and definitely the bed itself.
