  My Experience; I wanted to go completely through the process before writing a review, talking with, buying, taking delivery, using it.
  I read the reviews and decided to try this company out. I went there, talked with James and he answered my long list of questions about a Hawk DLX, it also made me feel better knowing he has and drives one himself. I decided to pull the trigger and order one (bring cash if you want to order one as I did) knowing it might take a month or so to get my chosen color in. I was told there was some paperwork that would need to be done for titling etc. before I got my bike. 2 weeks later, I got a call from Brittany and was shocked to hear, my bike was there and ready to go.
  She and I did all the paperwork and James was right there to go over the bike, he even held it in place, as I tied it down on the trailer. These guys went well above and beyond my expectations on product information/knowledge and customer satisfaction. Ive had no problems with title, plates, etc. I've only driven it 100 miles thus far and am following their break-in instructions. I've had absolutely no problems with the bike either. I know it can be a big step but if you're on the fence as I was, I would 100%, do it all again, just as I did, with these people. A well deserved 5 star review from me.

  I came to San Marcos Power Sports looking for something I could use to have some fun. They had a wide variety of everything! Dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, electric bikes, golf carts, and more! Ruben was a great salesman and he treated me like family. He gave me the best, and lowest, price around! I am super pleased with my experience and I will return again!

  Messaged on Facebook about 9:30 Tuesday night and Jerry replied within minutes. I wasn’t even expecting a reply back until the next day! Long story short me and the family drove from Burnet to San Marcos Wednesday bought a four seater go cart a 125cc trailmaster dirt bike and a 110cc trailmaster dirt bike. Service was amazing, thanks Mike! We scheduled for delivery and got our new toys the next day and were able to enjoy!!! They’re awesome! Thanks again Jerry! Highly recommend!!!

  I Bought 2 ATV from San Marcos Power Sports, one of them the key was missing, so they had to order another key which took a couple weeks, I took the other one home and had a few issues with getting it to start so I brought it back up there when I was going back to pick up the 2nd ATV and come to find out the wrong size battery was in it..they swapped out a new bigger battery and it kicked on immediately. I took both ATV home and put them in my Carport Shed and hid them from my kids as they were there Christmas presents and Christmas was just 3 days away. I decided to go back in there on Christmas eve and make sure they would both start and still good to go because the worst thing would be my kids wake up Christmas morning and they wont work..then the same ATV that had the battery issues the first time started smoking really bad when kicked on and I could smell wires burning so I turned it off immediately and called power sports hoping someone would answer on Christmas eve day as most places are all closed. I got on the phone with Harley and explained what was going on and having more issues again with the same ATV I had just brought up there recently. She said let me talk to my team and see what we can do as it's already 4pm an there about to close AND the fact that I live almost 2 hours away from San Marcos. About 45 minutes later Harley calls me back and says she can Swap me out for another Brand new ATV that's the exact same model I had got only it's just a different color. Only problem is I don't have a trailer to hook on my truck to drive all the way back out there again. She says no problem I have a trailer and I am going to bring it out to your house on Christmas day. If that doesn't show that San Marco's power sports cares about there customers then I dont know what does. Taking her time out on Christmas day to drive almost 2 hours out to me to make things right and then 2 hours back to san Marcos.... My kids had a blast on the ATV'S all day long. Both run very well. Harley me and my Family are very Thankful 🙌. We plan to come back in a few months and buy a big go cart for my Bday! Thanx again Harley

  Long review alert...
  I purchased a golf cart from San Marcos Power Sports. The owner gave me a good deal and had the cart delivered to my house within a few days. Long story short, I must have gotten a lemon. Within the first 2 miles parts were flying off, an air intake hose had cracked causing rough engine performance, and other features of the cart were not working. I was disappointed to say the least. I called the owner and he sent his chief mechanic directly to my house to fix the cart. The mechanic had it fixed within about 30 minutes. I was impressed. The next morning, I took my cart for a spin and the same intake hose cracked again. I called the owner and he immediately sent a truck to pick up the unit and offered a full refund. Most stories would end here, but I was so impressed by the owner standing by his product and business that I told him to bring me a new cart as he assured me this was not the norm. Flash forward another week or two and he delivered a new cart, which works flawlessly. Look, these are Chinese goods. They aren't the same as the big name brands, but neither are the prices. Parts are readily available, and they are relatively simple to work on. San Marcos Power Sports has been in business awhile and they didn't get to where they are by mistreating customers. They treat their customers fairly, and offer competitive pricing. They stand by their products and they do the right thing. You don't get that with all the other fly-by-night pop up shops and internet sales. Give San Marcos Power Sports the opportunity to earn your business. I did, and I am glad I took the chance with them. I'll be a returning customer for my future power sport needs.
