(October 11, 2022, 1:47 pm)Took my cart in for service. They tried to charge me for parts and work they didn't do. When I confronted the service manager he acted embarrassed cause he got caught. Blamed it on the mechanic. I did talk to a very nice woman in billing and she immediately refunded me for what they didn't do. She said she would have the owner call me... Never did. I wonder how many people were ripped off like this and didn't even know. Very dishonest people.
UPDATE UPDATE. I have since spoken to the owner. He has assured me it was an honest mistake. They refunded me half the cost of parts and repairs and the cost of the battery and install. They made this right. I appreciate it. Like most businesses they are short staffed. Hopefully changes will be made. -
