Dr. Alissa has been my RA doctor since I was first diagnosed. I recently left his practice because of insurance (although I will be back). The care and compassion that I have received from the entire office has been the best. I have never had to wait for an appointment, he checks with his patients during infusions, even when it's not your appointment day. He even called me after I left his practice to ensure I was being seen and receiving treatment. Amazing man and staff. Low turn over rate. Can't wait to get back.
I've only had my initial appointment but I am already so pleased with my first appointment. Everything from the ease of scheduling, location, wait time to my actual appointment was excellent. I need to give a special shout-out to the nurse Debrorah. I was having an anxiety attack and she talked me through it and for the first time in years I felt heard. Dr. Alissa is kind and thorough. I highly recommend Arthritis Clinic of Central Texas.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Alissa’s since 2017. And I’ve never had a Dr that truly cared for me and about me the way he does. His nurses and staff are always so kind and understanding.
I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2014 and bounced around between doctors for awhile before I found Dr Alissa. He has been by my side through so many different medications, 3 hospital stays during the pandemic (non pandemic related)—he stayed in touch with ME and my doctors and all kinds of other chaos. He has an amazing team working with him. A lot of doctors offices, you walk in & you feel like you’re just another body walking through…not here. They actually listen to me!! And the ladies in the infusion clinic are so attentive and helpful and they truly care.
