The instructors can corral us all up and put us to working on our flexibilty, mobility, strength as well as kicking our bums and we don't even mind! A great place to get in shape, change some attitude as well as body shape and make lastinf friendships.

(October 18, 2022, 11:23 am)There is a wide variety of classes. The instructors are wonderful and never leave anyone out. Modifications are always given and there is no pressure to keep up with more advanced moves.
There is an AOA class M-F!
Patty, the owner, is a ray of sunshine and keeps us all motivated and feeling like Workout Warriors no matter what our fitness level is. -

They have become more like a second family to me as they have cultivated a community of wonderful people who all support each other. Thank you A Fit Plan for all you do for us!

(August 25, 2019, 6:36 pm)Working out has never been more fun or motivating. The Zumba & Cardio Beats classes don’t even feel like work they are so fun... until the end & sweat is dripping off you! Pilates & RIP both challenge in different ways... but both are very effective classes. Recently I tried both Step Mix & Yoga Strong... Step Mix was one of the best workouts I have had. Yoga Strong was effective AND You felt like you stepped into a Spa Day at the end. A Fit Plan is truly an inspiring & motivating experience... with fun classes, awesome instructors & members that feel more like family. Patty, the owner, is so caring and appreciative of all her members. Her team of instructors keep me coming back, day after day. Come give this place a try; I think you'll agree!
