“We are first time gate owners, and wanted to make some enhancements to our entry and exit. Specifically, we wanted to move the entry keypad to make it easier for visitors. And, we wanted to install a sensor so the gate would automatically open upon exit. Todd from YCO came out and gave us some extremely practical advice on our requests. We ended up doing a slimmed down version, as he pointed out some hidden consequences of our original plan. Todd could have easily sold us the more expensive work - the fact that he didn't gave me great trust. YCO came out a few days later and completed the work flawlessly, at the lower end of the price range they quoted. We are extremely happy with their work.”

“Edit/update (listed below this first review from 4 months ago). - Had a break in my necklace and afraid to lose my cross, so I called up the store, spoke to a wonderful lady named Karen and went in a few hours later to get my broken necklace replaced. The store is SO welcoming, beautiful with so much natural light. I got to meet Karen and another lady (sorry, dont remember her name but also VERY nice) helped me. Just overall, a wonderful experience and feeling so relieved that my necklace can be replaced so quickly at such an affordable price! So happy, this store opened up in our "backyard". EDIT / update: New Necklace that I swapped out with old one (that broke 4 months ago), ALSO broke LAST MONTH (link in the middle of the chain snapped). I wear it daily (never take it off, am not "rough" with it either). Last (original) necklace was worn daily for 20 years and finally broke in 1 spot 4 months ago). Now, the "new" replacement necklace from 4 months ago breaks (and also has 3-4 links that are worn down and "about to break" (lady at store told me). I was SHOCKED and had to upgrade to a tough/thicker chain so it (hopefully) doesnt break like the last one! I am wondering if the quality on the chains have gone down or perhaps Jesus was protecting me and I was meant to have my chain break several times over the last 4 months? I guess God works in mysterious ways I suppose. Either way, all of you should get your James Avery necklaces checked out by the ladies at the store to see if your have worn areas and/or parts of your chain that are about to "break" (like mine). You can swap out your existing chains to replace the same style/size for half the price (its a pretty good deal). The ladies at the store are VERY nice, polite and attentive to detail.”

“We had a fantastic experience with American Water. Starting with Jason Hamilton who was our sales rep! He came out to our home for our consultation in the late afternoon traffic to accommodate our schedule. He was very knowledgeable on the products answering our MANY questions and very friendly during the whole appointment, even though it ran late, and we confirmed we would not be ready to purchase for a few months. He put not pressure on us to buy at all and ensured sure when we were ready, we'd would be getting the best product for our home. We decided about 6 weeks later that we wanted to move forward and called Jason. At that time, he reviewed our initial offer and was able to upgrade us to an even better system (that wasn't available during our initial consultation) AND was able to get it for us for $400 cheaper by reviewing the current deals they were running. AMAZING customer service! We got our water softener installed the following week with representative Frank. Frank did a fantastic job! He kept me informed through the whole process, also double checking our water was hooked up correctly as well in every room. He thoroughly explained how the product worked, noted problems to watch out for, and how to operate the water softener if any issues should arrive. He was very professional and friendly through the whole installation. I am extremely impressed with this company, not only with the quality of their products, but with the exceptional customer service from beginning to end!”

“Been here a few times for either cookies, pastries or bread. They make a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and even tortilla chips. The breads comes in half or full loaves and pastries and cookies are sold individually. All of their baked goods are pretty good but my favorites so far have been their everything bagel and chocolate croissant. The croissant was super tasty filled with some dark chocolate which paired nicely with the coat of powdered sugar on the croissant. The croissant itself soft and semi flaky, a perfect companion to my coffee. The everything bagel was pretty large, covered with everything seasoning. I was able to barely fit it into the toaster. Unlike other bagels i've had, this one still kept most of its spices after being toasted. This toasted bagel was a nice vehicle for the thin layer of cream cheese I added to it. The bagel, I must say, was perfect. I've had their sourdough bread and it's pretty good. They have so many varieties of bread that there's something for everyone. The one that keeps eluding me is their jalapeno cheese loaf. I need to start camping out there just so I'm able to get my hands on one.”

“We heard through a friend they had a sale. So we decided to come out and check it out! There was no long wait, staff was very nice greeted us as we walked in, there was a gentleman that asked if we needed anything to let him know. We liked that there was plenty of staff around for assistance. Both my wife and son found a pair they liked. They have a great selection to choose from. They had clothing as well and backpacks, purses, socks but we just purchased the shoes.”
