“Helen gave us TWO YEARS of her time. We originally met in April of 2018 in search for a commercial property to build a business. We had one under contract in late summer of 2018 and Helen worked extremely hard to get us to the closing point, but it all fell through. It took us a year to mentally recover from that fiasco and when we were ready we called her. Every time I saw a property I thought we could be interested in I would text Helen and she would have an incredible amount of information for me in 30 minutes (after calling the county, city, and a slew of other people). I am a very fast moving person and Helen kept up with me! When I found "our property" it had only been on the market for 16 hours. I went and saw it that same day and we were under contract the next day. Yes, Helen moves that fast. It FINALLY happened - two years in the making!
