Dr Hudson is literally the best chiropractor!! I appreciate his skills. His bedside manor is top notch. I found Dr Hudson through a friend. I'm so very grateful that she recommended him. I started going to see him 2 years ago with major lower back issues and leg issues. I use a cane. Back in February 2021 I was starting to feel so great that I was about to get rid of my cane. Then in mid February 2021 my father passed unexpectedly. As a Daddy's girl it truly effected me. I canceled my appointment that week and said I'd call and reschedule once we were done with my Father's services. The passing of my Daddy put me in a funk and I didn't go back to see Dr Hudson until Dec 2021 by that time I was back to where I was 2 years prior to seeing him if not worse. I've been very consistent since Dec 2021...having weekly adjustments done. I'm starting to finally see progress and feel so much better. Since mid March I have been going to get adjusted every other week instead of weekly. I will always have to be adjusted due to my lower back issues. I'm ok with that..because Dr Hudson is absolutely fantastic!! My goal is to eventually get rid of my cane. With Hudson being my chiropractor I definitely know that my goal can be achieved. Also a huge shout out to Dr Hudson's wife who runs the front office. Gaye is the sweetest and always so kind!! She gives great customer service. My experience with Family Chiropractic is always always a pleasant one. I highly recommend them!! Also, even if you have no insurance they're so very affordable. Call and get an appointment. I promise you won't be disappointed!!! A huge thanks to Dr Hudson and Gaye for being so amazing!!

Dr. Hudson has been a life saver! I hurt my back pretty badly after moving to Granbury. It became so painful I was walking with a cane for support. After 3 visits, I feel like a different person. He's very personable and actually LISTENS to patients. The staff is so professional and welcoming - feels like family!

Been to many chiropractors over the years - most of the ones in Granbury, in fact. A good chiro is hard to find - I've only ever had two, and Dr. Hudson is one of them.

Most chiros aren't very good at their job - intentionally or not, they'll try to lock you into expensive long term packages, asserting that you need them to stay in alignment. This is both fallacious and predatory.

Dr. Hudson, meanwhile, fixes you up fast. His treatments are gentle but effective, and unlike most of his peers, he doesn't push you into coming back - quite the contrary, in fact. Not that he needs to - his office is overflowing with patient files, another good indicator he's skilled at his trade.
