We recently purchased a vehicle with the assistance of our sales person Mack and his manager Brock and could not have been more pleased with the experience! They were both very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Mack & Brock were honest and forthright up front in making sure we received complete pricing transparency. We love our new vehicle and will absolutely use Shottenkirk Ford in the future and refer all of our friends and family to them as well!

Great customer service. I called ahead and Mack had everything all set up and ready for me to check out a few vehicles. He even got one from their other dealership's lot.

I wasn't looking forward to buying a car in the current market, but they made the process as painless and affordable as possible. The trade in value was good, and even when I went over to Nick to do the finance paperwork, I left with a smile. Due to my late arrival at the dealership, we were the last to leave, but they still took the time to answer any questions and to make sure I was all set, without rushing me out the door.

All in all, it was a good experience.

My family is so glad we were able to find Comforcare. We were concerned about our father being alone so long with his advanced age but the caregiver from Comforcare works so well with him. It is so reassuring to know he has such a skilled and compassionate caregiver looking out for him. Not only is the caregiver great but the owner, Mike, and his staff are also a joy to work with. They never have a problem answering any questions and always put our fears to rest. They are very responsive and caring. We would recommend Comforcare to anyone.

When my dad got older we realized he was going to need help from a professional. We were pretty unsure about having someone in and out of his house, but Comforcare's staff quickly made us feel so much better about the quality of care that my dad is receiving. Just like our excellent caregiver, the office staff and Mike are great and so easy to work with. They are always there to help us out and answer whatever questions we have. It was really difficult to see my dad be so in need of care at first but now we feel so much more comfortable working with Comforcare. We want to thank Comforcare for their excellent continued support for our father!

I just wanted to take the time to thank Comforcare for all that they do for me and my family. The caregiver, Mary, is so helpful and spends a lot of quality time with my mom. She does everything from helping her with cooking, to helping her bathe, to doing her laundry. What’s more is that she takes the time to build a rapport with my mom and make her feel comfortable and taken care of. The owner and staff are also extremely helpful, always making themselves available whenever we have a question or need help. We are so confident in the care they provide. We sincerely cannot recommend Comforcare highly enough.

The reason I chose Comforcare was their professionalism and their sincere compassion for caring for people. It was a pleasure working with them. I feel that they are a very proactive company, which was apparent when the owner arrived with the nurse and caregiver to develop a plan of care for my mom. I felt my mom was in great hands because the nurse spent time explaining the plan of care to me as well as my mom and leaving a copy of it at the home, and explaining how the plan of care would be followed daily through the documentation that the caregiver would have to get signed every day. This was a big relief, since I’m not home, I can review what the caregiver has done. Communication is key with me, and their entire staff communicates with compassion and knowledge when I have a question. If you are looking for care for a loved one, Comforcare is definitely the company to go with. I would highly recommend.

ComforCare of Mercer County saved the day. My mom needed in home care service because of her Multiple Sclerosis. It is very hard for my mom to get around on her own on the daily. I tried several different companies and I got extremely high quotes and very rude office staff's. It was looking like my mom would have to leave her home which she didn't want. After calling ComforCare I felt very relieved. They were so helpful in finding my mom a reliable caregiver. They come out and met with me and mom to discuss the best plan possible. I am very happy with there service. Most importantly my mom is very happy with the caregivers and nurse that help her. I would recommend ComforCare of Mercer county to anyone who needs in home care.
