Harbor Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Harbor Lakes front door screening is very easy to complete. The staff is very caring and friendly. My mom likes most of the meals and the facility is always clean.

The staff is so hard working and caring. Haven’t met a grump yet, even in Covid times. My mom is happy here at Harbor Lakes. Attendants and Nurses, even tho short staffed, are so sweet and caring towards her. And the activities leader, Pam, she is a hoot and keeps the residence moving!

I have lived here for 4 years. We have a really excellent Director of Nursing, Beth Settles. She stays very familiar with the residents and their health concerns. Her door is always open to go in and talk to her about any health or personal problems. Any problems within the facility are quickly and efficiently resolved. She is very quick at contacting our doctor for needed prescriptions or referrals. She is an excellent Director of Nursing.

As an employee for the past two years I have to express my thanks to all the staff who stayed and worked so hard as a team to get through the struggles of staffing and Covid in general. Thanks Beth for being a leader we could always count on. Weather it has been help on the floor or just a safe place to distress. Hope to keep working with you for a long time. And thanks to all the other great people who stayed through all the hard times and made the best experience to our Residents no matter how hard it has been. Great team and leader.
