(October 5, 2023, 10:07 am)My wife went through and picked up a to go rib plate. When she got home the ribs were not very appetizing. I call and spoke with the manager and he did something I've never seen done. He made an entire new order and drove it out to my house.
When I spoke with him he said, "I just want everyone to be happy with our food & service."
Way above & beyond and it is one of the reasons I enjoy eating there.
(August 29, 2023, 5:23 pm)Always great food and the best hot rolls! We usually get the brisket and sausage but today he got baby back and Kansas City ribs and I tried the ham; of course it was delicious and I'm not sure why we got veggies because that's to much food for us.
