“Dr. Buchanan came highly recommended by many of my co-workers so when I found myself in some pain, I made an appointment with him. He diagnosed me with bladder cancer. He was caring and compassionate and told me what to expect. I was in surgery immediately and the tumor removed. Once the pathology came in, he explained why I would have to go through treatments and what to expect there, as well. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in terms you understand. He takes the time for you! His staff is very friendly as well.”

“Update: I was reimbursed for the overcharge on same day I wrote this review. The new person in the office handling bookkeeping did follow through. Beware Medicare patients, they will over charge you and then not reimburse you. I saw the Dr on 3/29/2022 and contacted them on 4/26/22 advising of the overcharge after receiving the Medicare statement. I have called the office on 3 separate occasions, they agree I overpaid, yet they still haven’t reimbursed me.”
