A lengthy wait on a custom order landed me at Britain & I am very pleased with the service I received. While I usually shop & get service through another dealer, Britain went above & beyond to take care of me.

As usual the wonderful people at Britain Chevrolet took excellent care of me when I came in for a Vehicle Inspection! The Service writer who assisted me, Monte, was very professional and with his help I was able to get in and out in a very timely manner! I am a very Satisfied Britain Patron! Absolutely phenomenal and timely service from Britain Chevrolet’s service department. Charles the service rep and the team mechanic diagnosed my issue with reduced engine power correctly, had the part in stock and my truck repaired and back to me within 48 hours of notification at a fair price. Communication was continuous and timely through the repair. I couldn’t be happier that I chose them for my repair and they’ve earned my future business!

I had a wonderful time purchasing my new Tahoe from Britain. Elizabeth was so easy to work with and was very quick to get back with me. Rene was so funny and really showed that he cared to take time with us and answer any questions we had. I can’t remember the name of the man that did our financing but he went above and beyond. He listened when I said I didn’t want my credit pulled a bunch of times and gave us additional information that didn’t have anything to do with our purchase. He was extremely helpful. I am from out of town but will be returning to Britain for future purchases!
