Great customer service. The lady was very patient and answered all my questions. I will return to this place when is time to upgrade my phone. Great experience.

Had a worker named Elizabeth help me choose a phone. Real friendly and did what ever she could with the technical questions I had. She transferred all my info to the new phone so I wouldn't have to. We talked about horror movies afterwards. Id give her a 10 if I could but this only gives me 5 stars.

Better assistants for the elder or technology challenge. I had to assist my mom with account set up, after the sim was installed. The owner reached out, asking how he could make it better. I updated this review. Care goes a long way.
