I could easily ask questions and was kept updated on status of order, when I got product they fit perfect, exactly what I ordered etc. you can't go wrong with this company, I love them!!
(June 8, 2020, 12:15 pm)I'm from Canada and I needed replacement spokes for my Foose Wheels. I found the part at SFX Performance. I spoke to Richard and he ordered the part from there warehouse. He was very pro, letting me know THE STATUS AS THINGS DEVELOPED, i.e request sent for part, part found, possible shipping options and delays because of Covid, shipping choices and price points, confirmation of shipping and tracking info. I did choose the cheapest shipping as I expected delays because of Covid. True to his word the package arrived to my door in Toronto Canada despite all the hoopla in the world and the negative reviews. I found these guys to be upfront and honest. Thanks all best!
