So far I ordered two different sets of cutting dies. One more complex than the other. They were manufactured in a very timely matter and they are very accurate. But what I appreciate the most with Texas Custom Dies is the outstanding customer service and excellent communication.

I have had 2 different dies designed and manufactured by Texas Custom Dies. There service and turn around times are amazing. I was worried about how much a custom die would cost. It was very reasonably priced. And their design fees are very reasonable. They offered invaluable insight into my new product and They helped Me to improve my design and produce something better Than I had designed on my own. I can not recommend them strongly enough. 6 ******

The dies are masterfully cut, which I would expect from someone so highly recommended by the leather crafting community. However, beyond that, I'd also like to praise the customer service. Heather stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes to discuss a wide range of helpful topics, like how to format the image and the different properties of a 3/4 inch versus a 1 and 1/4 inch die height. She also helped me fine-tune the designs of the images before finalizing them to be cut. Absolutely stellar customer service. Will purchase again when we are ready for new dies.

We have ordered from them multiple times, they have helped us pick out the correct die and been very informative and helpful. They worked through several unique issues and got us exactly what we need. The result was much better than I expected.

I have bought a lot of dies from different places, and this place stands apart from the rest. I would recommend them to anyone.
