  KC's is the best! I had so many negative experiences at other oil change places in Burleson. I checked reviews online, and went to KC's. This was a pleasant surprise! Chris is honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and he has excellent customer service skills! If you want a place that will be honest, and treat you right, go to KC's! You won't regret it.

  This place is full of honest, hard working reliable people! We have been taking our cars here for years! We were recently about to take a road trip so I took my car in for an oil change. They almost immediately called me and told me I still had 2,600 miles til I needed to change my oil and my oil was clear. I came back and got my car no charge. Now I know if I would have taken it anywhere else they would have probably just charged me and told me they changed my oil. Then after we got back in town I was washing my car at the car wash next door. I left my card sitting on top of the machine. The owner found it and kept it safe and returned it back to me.

  I've been coming here for the past few years to get my state inspection. Their waiting room is the nicest I've ever seen for an automotive shop. It's immaculately clean, bright, and modern. The customer service is great - even if they're busy, an inspection has never taken too long. I even received a handwritten thank-you card for being a customer! Those kind of business practices will keep me as a return customer for years.

  Fantastic customer service at this business.
  I had my daughter’s oil change done here and spoke to Lynn about my wife’s vehicle’s fuel pump issue. He gave me an estimate and a week later we had it towed to KC for the work to be done. Not only was the work done in a day, but he reached out to tell us it was a fuse and it would run again.
  We had him fix the issue completely because of the check engine light and inspection coming up. Price was what he quoted.
  That’s excellent CS right there folks. That is how you earn repeat customers (and I am one now).
  We will use KC for all our automotive needs henceforth.

  We have used this business for several years and always have a great experience. Not like your run of the mill oil change business. Every visit is like going to see a friend, they are kind and pleasant and remember us every time. The location is clean and comfortable and more like going to someone's house for a quick coffee than sitting at a business waiting on an oil change!
  Love love them!
