Rio Mambo

Just got done eating my food. I'm still currently sitting at my table. Let me tell you... the food is amazing. The service is amazing. I couldn't even leave here without reviewing first. We will definitely be back!!

The food is really good. I had the Gloria's quesadilla. It was a little greasy, probably the oil from cooking the spinach and mushrooms, but very tasty. It's a large portion so I took half of my order home with me. Our server, Stephanie, was very pleasant and attentive despite it getting busy on a Friday night. This is the second time I've been to this location and I've not been unhappy. My only issue (and this is NOT a Rio Mambo issue, but a city of Burleson or developer issue) is the parking. I'm not sure there is ample parking in the lot for the multiple businesses and, additionally, the parking spaces are way too narrow. One if three p/u trucks parked in a row and I could not get into my truck after a small car had parked between me and a fourth truck. My wife had to crawl over the console and pull our truck out of the space so I could enter.

Always great food and great service. Tuesday night is family night and the prices are great. By far one of the better Mexican restaurants in the area.
