Kyle did a great job with helping us finding a bedroom set and mattress! He answered our questions and went above and beyond to help us accomplish our purchasing goals. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in and was committed to finding the answers that he didn't know. He was patient with us and gave us space to make decisions. He listened to what we were looking for and served us well in helping us with kindness.

Katie also helped us accomplish our purchasing goals. We met her briefly, and in that short time she was very kind and helpful as well. Neither Kyle or Katie "pushed us" or tried to influence our purchase which we appreciated.

I walked in and knew what I wanted. The sales lady introduced herself, showed me the living room set I described, and left me to discuss it with my family. There was no pressure, no constant over the shoulder watching. I love that! Thank you!! When I did have questions, she was right there to answer without being intrusive. She was also able to get us out in time for my granddaughter to cheer her game that evening. I very much appreciate the helpfulness without the pushiness.

Went to Home Zone for the first time to help my Mom pick out furniture. The brand new store is beautiful. Beautifully designed (Deana is the store designer) amazing staff, high quality furniture, at reasonable prices! Plus you can get a warranty! We were greeted by friendly Megan who also helped us throughout the process, Robert kindly helped us move furniture so we could see how things went together, most furniture stores don't do that. But we could not have done this without Stasha, she helped us coordinate everything we picked out, was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products. She took her time to tell us about the furniture, the warranty, and the delivery process. If you need furniture, mattresses or home decor, go to Home Zone ASAP. Hi.. my name is ShaWanda and I worked with Hannah. She was AMAZING. VERY helpful, sweet, and made me feel very welcomed. She was able to answer all of my questions and went over and beyond to gather measurements for me. Because of her... I am MORE then pleased with my new couch purchase. Jessica G. Was an outstanding sales person. She greeted us at the door and immediately asked to help offering coffee or hot cocoa. We told her what we were interested in looking at and she showed us exactly what we were looking for. Jessica was a great communicator and I felt she understood or concerns and addressed them to our satisfaction. I hadn’t planned on purchasing anything today, however with the information and confidence in Jessica I felt comfortable making a purchase. Thanks Jessica we will definitely be back.
