Our first house buying experience was CRAZY difficult. The seller was horrid, her agent was incompetent, and my financing company was a huge headache. It took us 2 months to close, with an obstacle Every. Day. With the help of Amy, Beth, Tabitha, and my Real Estate Agent we were finally able to make it happen. My file was 10 times the size of any other client!! They did diligent research, sent people out with the contracts to sign, sent the same paperwork to my finance company probably 15 times.. Totally went above and beyond. Even up until the day of closing there were issues, but they took care of them so we could close on time. Im eternally grateful for their service, patience, professionalism, and hard work ethics.
