“The guys up here were definitely more attentive to detail and got my truck fixed and back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. I've gone to other places nearby in the past that my insurance suggested and they took forever and the paint job and repair was sub par. Unlike those places, this place does such an emasculate job! Martin at the front is very knowledgeable and honest and they even were able to get my deductible taken care of! “Just went there today with a couple small issues regarding my Toyota Camry, and they took care of them really fast. Super friendly staff; Spoke with Tommy, who was taking care of me and you could really tell he cared about helping me out, even waived some of the fees that would have been owed, can't thank him enough for that. Overall a really great experience; Waiting room also had very positive and inviting vibe, with TV to watch while I waited. “First time using Take 5. Saw they were the closest to my families new house. Going overseas soon and needed an oil change before I shipped the car out and headed cross country again with it. I checked the reviews and saw the majority reviews were outstanding. Pulled up to station and was greeted by SKYLER. Pulled into a the stall myself and grabbed information from me and vehicle. There was no hassling whatsoever which was impressive. Asked about air filter and said was a little dirty but didn’t need replacing this go around unless I wanted it. After that I was never pressured or asked to replace anything else. Heck, I was the one that acknowledged to them as they were filling air in my tires that I was getting them replaced today because the backs were in bad shape. They could have asked or pressured me into getting new wiper blades but they didn’t. In fact, I was the one that asked. CHARLESTON and JASON was the crew that actually did the oil change and I was impressed with their efficiency and speed as this was the quickest oil change I have ever experienced with ZERO hassles. GREAT JOB Take 5 oil crew @0930 12/29/2020. Management should be very proud! And by the way, 25% off for veterans and active duty was the biggest discount I have received from ANY business!”
