Working with TeamCo was a great experience for us from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Smith. He is calm, respectful, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. He goes above and beyond to handle the project from: filing the claim, being on site while working with the insurance adjuster to ensure all damages are seen and covered, to overseeing the installation of the roof and his crew, as well as magnetizing the yard for a final time to ensure no nails or debris is left. My husband and I were able to sit back during this whole process while Tim made sure the job got done with high standards. We have over a 3000 sq ft home with a steep roof and the install was completed in one day! Glad we chose TeamCo and recommend them to those who are looking for a new roof.

Good customer service! Tim called and walked me through filing a claim with State Farm. He explained the entire process. He was here the day the adjuster came out just in case there was any question. His crew did a great job! They made sure that everything was cleaned up at the completion of the job.

I called and spoke to a couple roofing companies before a friend from work told me about TeamCo who recently did their roof. So I called and spoke to Tim Smith and he inspired my confidence from the beginning. They came out quickly and did a VERY comprehensive inspection on the hail damage from last Spring.
