I like seeing Dr white. He listens to me. He seems to know what is wrong with me. All the other dr seems to think nothing is wrong with me. Thank you so much Dr.white.

Sabrina is the worst at customer service, kindness, confidentiality, and letting the smallest bit of power like scheduling appointment go to her head! Here's what happened... I had an appointment at this office today. My appointment was for ADD and depression. I talked to this awesome nurse practitioner named Laura and she helped me tremendously. He prescribed me a medication that I'd been on before and I left the office. My copay was $30 for this visit and it was well worth it. But then... 2 hours later Laura calls me and apologizes because she can't write that prescription until I'm properly add evaluated. I said that I didn't understand because I've been on this medication for the past 5 years I was just switching doctors but she said it was their policy. I understood these things happen so I contacted Sabrina who is in charge of add scheduling. What a horrible customer service representative. She emailed me the paperwork after being extremely rude on the phone one of the papers that you have to fill out as an observer report. I didn't know what that meant so when I turned in the went to turn in the paperwork she asked me if I had someone a family member or a co-worker who could fill out the Observer report. I said no I work alone and don't have any family here, she said you don't have anyone who knows you who can fill this out. She said this in front of the entire waiting room and staff I was incredibly hurt and humiliated. I of course felt very defensive and felt like I had been attacked and I said no I don't have anybody in this area that can fill this out for me and in fact I've just spent $30 on an appointment to tell me I needed another appointment and you're asking $50 down and I won't get help for another 2 weeks that's a month that I've waited for any prescription that's b*******. I'm in need now of something and there's nothing that can be done and now I'm spending $80 which I don't have for a month out appointment? She then got very upset with me and said this was her policy it was my fault that I didn't make the right appointment in the first place, even though I didn't know that there was a difference between ADD and depression appointment. I left the reception desk saying maybe I should just speak to Laura from now on, and she laughed and said good luck you still have to go through me to get this appointment. Unbelievable, unprofessional, and unexcusable behavior at a doctor's office. I have since called the office asking to speak to Laura the nurse practitioner who actually listens and felt like I was cared for during that appointment. I haven't received a call back we'll see how it goes. As of right now Sabrina made me feel so uncomfortable I left the office crying I have been suffering with depression for a month and have been to that office three times now with no help hopefully we can make some progress when I get a call back.

UPDATE: the administrative coordinator called me shortly after I posted this post. His name was Mister Frost and he was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel heard and understood and said that he would deal with what happened promptly. Most of the time people just want to know that they're being heard. If nothing else comes out of this the kindness that was shown by mr. Frost and by the nurse practitioner Laura was unmatched. One Bad Apple doesn't make a bad tree

As a disabled person, I'm a "frequent flyer" with doctors. He's by far the best PCP I've ever been to. I saw him as a kid and recently began seeing him again when my previous PCP failed to dig into my problems and take measures to "fix" me. Dr. White assesses, runs labs, makes referrals and sends for prescriptions properly and promptly and he is highly knowledgeable. He and his nurses are amazing, especially if you're sick often. Great bedside manner as well qnd a genuinely good person who truly cares about his patients.
