Super friendly staff; Spoke with Tommy, who was taking care of me and you could really tell he cared about helping me out, even waived some of the fees that would have been owed, can't thank him enough for that. Overall a really great experience; Waiting room also had very positive and inviting vibe, with TV to watch while I waited. “I made a post several months ago about this storage facility. My feelings remain as far as the company is concerned because it was a less than pleasant experience while I was a customer. I am no longer a customer and have since acquired a storage at a different facility. I am writing this post in recognition of one of the employees. Reggie is the groundskeeper / security at the Katherine P raines location in Cleburne. He is a great asset to the company and they are very lucky to have him as an employee. Even though I am no longer a customer he still doesn't hesitate to help if needed. A friend of mine who is incarcerated still rents a unit at that location. I was asked to look after their unit until they were able to return home. I thought that I may meet some resistance considering that I no longer have a unit there. But Reggie has been most helpful and assuring me that their things are safe. On his own time going by to check the unit for me and contacting me with updates. I'm aware that he is not under any obligation to do so however I am extremely grateful for his willingness to help wherever needed. It is Reggie in my opinion that made all the difference in my situation as a customer. As well as the reason I'm able to rest easy with no worry about my friends unit. I know Reggie is on the job!!!. Thank you Reggie for all that you do you. I am grateful for employees like you they have genuine concern for their clients and willing to go the extra mile, and WE APPRECIATE YOU!!!⭐”

The staff is friendly and even though Doc can be dry humored my kids are very relaxed around him. They are very nervous about any type of medical professional so when the team at iKids made sure my girls were comfortable I knew I had found an amazing dentist office. My kids are so excited to go back.
