“This is one of the better DPS offices around. Most of the employees are very friendly and willing to help you out. Just wish the people that were there getting their licenses when I was there thought the same. They didn't take what they needed and got mad when they were told they would have to go get it and come back, but were also told that they could come back the same day if they kept their check in numbers. I read and saw everything that I needed online. And the bathroom was horrible because the lady that came out of the stall peed all over the seat and floor and didn't clean it up. I said, thanks for peeing all over the place and she said it's not my house, let them clean it up and then didn't even wash her hands. Don't worry, I had to use the handicap stall and you didn't, so I Had to clean up you mess. Thanks for being nice Cleburne DPS”

It has been a game changer for my girls for their anxiety. They do what is best for the animals. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.”

“Recently received a citation for not having car insurance, even though I had it. I went to the court a few days later to provide proof of this, and received a letter in the mail shortly after saying I was found guilty. Needless to say, I was very upset. Feeling as if I had been robbed, I showed up to the municipal building with an attitude, but officer Morgan empathized with my situation, took the time to look at things, explain what probably happened, and how we might go about fixing it. They are of course the government, so I wholly expected them to stonewall me and stick me with the citation... but I really appreciated the helpful attitude, which is why I’m changing my one star review to four stars.”

The first time I came there I was served by Rachel Gomez this lady was first off frowning and did not greet me with friendliness and she was very standoffish and not very nice so I just left to come back another day. You are a customer service agent Mrs Gomez so show some kind of love for your job. Mrs Gomez needs to show more compassion and kindness, just a bad experience. “I came for the cheese sticks and left with a bitter remorse for society. I went in during my lunch break hoping to get some delicious cheese sticks and placed my order at the register. I took a seat at in an empty chair to wait for my order and that's when I started noticing a weird feeling. It was like a sense of dread had come over me. I couldn't tell why but maybe it was just the atmosphere. Everybody just seemed angry and hostile. I was getting stares from all the employees but they weren't staring at me, it was like they were looking into my soul, maybe even just looking through me. It was almost like a cold, depressed angst feeling I was getting from them. About 20 minutes had passed and then I heard my order was ready. It was almost immediate that the tension in the air was completely gone. I grabbed my order from the pickup counter and admired my amazing looking cheesesticks and thays when I overheard on the phone that some teacher had been waiting for their order and was wandering where it was, since they don't get a very long break. The guy on the phone immediately hung up on them and gave me the same stare as earlier. Now at this time, I grabbed my cheesesticks and high tailed it out of there without asking for any sauces. I still give them a 5/7 for how delicious they were even though the experience was terrible.”
