“Was looking to get paint and body work done on my 1997 Chevy Z-71.Came across Lone Star Precision Repair in Mansfield..Made contact with Rey..And he looked it over…Made a estimate...And the project was on.(Side note.I was surprised that a lot of body shops didn't want to touch it since it wasn't "Insurance" work..Hmm.)….What separated Rey and the guys at Lone Star apart from others was the feeling I got that they were working on their own vehicle..Rey's customer service focus was 100% awesome.As I kept checking in ,several times I would ask,"Hey, you think we can get a new one of those?"The comeback was always "I'll check the suppliers,see if I can find one." (remember there was/is a parts shortage going on).Highly recommend this shop!Probably met Rey at the shop, on Saturday,four or five times..As far as the work..I'll let the before and after pictures do the talking!!!”

“My shower and toilet were backed up due to old pipes with roots growing in them. Joseph showed up, quickly identified the issue and gave me my options to fix the issues. Turns out that my sewer lines need additional attention and will require more extensive work. Joseph clearly explained the problem and outlined the remedy. He was able to get my toilet and shower functioning until they return to complete the larger job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Plumbing issues are extremely stressful. Joseph and Rockwater Plumbing eased my mind and have given me concrete solutions at more than reasonable prices. They are my go-to plumbers from now on. Definitely recommend.”

It also looks super clean and we didn't have to get any random poles installed. Then he was able to fix my kitchen outlets that have not worked since I moved in!
