They have been 100% helpful from the very first day. Phenomenal customer service. They will go out of their way to help in anyway possible. I definitely recommend everyone to come to this place if you live in the Forney/Kaufman area.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Manager Carrie made the leasing process run smoothly as well as helping me find a storage unit that fit my needs. This place is very trustworthy, safe, and clean. They have surveillance cameras, secure storage locks, and convenient hours for peace of mind. I’m glad I got lucky in finding this storage facility. Everyone that works there are super friendly, professional, and helpful. You’ll be glad to know that they are building more storage units soon. Great experience here! The on-site manager, Carrie, is so kind and helpful. The unit we rented was very clean and our items remained in perfect condition for the 6 months they were stored. They also have supplies on site which are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!

The paperwork was quick and easy. They also have supplies on site you can buy that made packing/storing so easy! The online portal is very easy to pay on. I cannot say enough great things about this location and the staff!
