  David at Cole Automotive Repair is a good, honest man. I had been without my car for several weeks because I needed to get my side mirror replaced. In late March 2023, I went to a "popular" bodyshop and had the part ordered. This particular bodyshop told me that once the part came in, they would have a technician install it for me at an additional cost. The part came in on a Friday in early April 2023 and I hustled down to the shop to have it installed, only to be told that, because it was a Friday afternoon after 4 PM, their technicians had already gone home for the weekend (the shop wasn't scheduled to close until 6 PM). I then learned that no bodyshops are open over the weekend and I would have to take off work and come back the following Monday, at the earliest, to have the part replaced. With my work schedule, it would not have been easy for me to come back to the bodyshop to get the part replaced, so I got on my phone and began dialing bodyshops in the area that were 1) still open on Friday at 4:30 PM; and 2) had technicians who would be able to help me in a pinch.
  
  It didn't take long before I called Cole Automotive Repair. By this point, it was about 4:45 PM and Cole Automotive closed at 6. David picked up and I told him my situation. He let me know that his technicians would be there until 6 PM. I told him how far away I was (at least 45 minutes out) and that I wouldn't be able to make it in time for his technicians to help me out. As I prepared to hang up the phone, he told me that if I got to Cole Automotive as quick as I could, he would have his technicians hang around to help me out. I told him not to bother, but he insisted on helping me out.
  
  I drove to Cole Automotive as quick as I could, and it took me the full 45 minutes to get there. When I got there, I met with David and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. The price he quoted me to install the part was less than half of what the "popular" bodyshop had quoted me for labor. I asked if I could pay him extra for his time and he wouldn't have it. He had his guys start working on the car right then and there. He let me know that the side mirror I ordered from the "popular" bodyshop would need an additional application of paint, otherwise the colored plastic on the side mirror would fade within weeks, which is something the other bodyshop didn't tell me. He then proposed a better solution where took the the plastic molding from my old side mirror and attached it to the new part, so I wouldn't need to get an additional paint job.
  
  Within 30 minutes, the car was repaired. After his folks repaired the car, I insisted on paying almost twice what he charged me for the repair and he refused.
  
  Even though I don't live near Cole Automotive Repair, this is a place I would readily take my car. David was honest, friendly, and kind. His staff did a wonderful job repairing my car.
  
  I highly, highly recommend Cole Automotive Repair.

  Casey and his team always do the best work in the business! Unfortunately I got a little hail damage last week and Casey knocked it out in no time! Good as new. Can’t recommend Cole Automotive enough!!

  As an automotive enthusiast for most of my life, an extensive mechanical background from heavy equipment / semi-trucks to Shelby – Vipers – Ferraris the one subject avoided is always the body shop. If you ask you hotrod buddy if they know of a good body shop you normally get “yea good luck!”
  Our daily driver 2016 F150 was involved in a hit and run accident and Cole Auto was recommended by a fellow enthusiast. Cole did a great job dealing with a terrible insurance company (as most are) and we arranged for pickup.
  Post picking up our F150 it was due for an oil change and as I perform all of our family's vehicle maintenance there were a few things behind the cosmetics there were not correct. I took a few photos and sent an email to communicate the issue curious if I would ever receive any communication.
  The owner actually replied on a Sunday night and David at the front of the shop was great about the situation. Post completing the follow up visit David even washed the truck again himself and I let him know that was not necessary as it was hunting season and my son and usually spend a week detailing our truck post hunting season.
  Overall, the Cole Auto team worked very hard and did a great job. We will definitely be back.

  In a world where quality and value do not normally go hand-in-hand, it does at Cole Automotive. Had a dent in my front bumper, some related grill worked needed, door dings in both sides, and dent in rear tailgate most shops didn't want to mess with. They gave me a fair quote, an option to drop off whenever, and a timeline on completion. Since I do not live in the area (I live over 200 mi away and yes, it was worth it), I needed their timeline to be accurate as I had to rent a car to drop and pick up. Work was flawless and on time.
