Ocio is a wonderful place to call home! The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and they really care which makes all the difference. The maintenance team is amazing too and gets everything taken care of right away. Walking the grounds is peaceful, the amenities are upscale and always well kept, the covered parking is a life saver in the summer, and the overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommend.

We love the maintenance staff they work hard and are always ready to help! A lot of effort is put into keeping the premises clean and maintained. Also the office team, esp Cecilia who works in the office. It’s been a great 6 months so far. We really appreciate the quick and efficient responses. Thank you Ocio staff!!!

First off, big shout out to the staff! I was irritable over misunderstanding the billing, but the manager went through the charges and timing of those charges. Grounds always look nice and for the most part people pick up after their dogs (wish they would enact the doggy dna to catch the few who don’t). The main downside is the lack of open parking spaces in my area of the complex so I’ve frequently had others park in my spot and there is no where for me to park. I also think it’s unfair that my teen daughter can’t have her own fob to open the gate to the pool and fitness center. But mostly it’s a fairly quiet complex in a nice neighborhood.

I quit using this location many years ago because of the long waits. I HATE getting my haircut and when I have to sit and wait for sometimes up to two hours with only 2 people in front of me, I finally had enough.

Fast forward several years and now working from home, I started patronizing this particular establishment again.
The two young ladies I use, I absolutely love! They are great at shaving my hair and trimming my beard. Utilize the online check ins and you will be golden.

I like that I get a Great haircut every time I visit Sport Clips...They keep the information on what you ask for from the first visit and you're asked if that is what you're having done on your next visit.(in case you want to change something)

I thought my Review was saved, but apparently not. I just wanted tonedit my review to note that this was one of the best experiences I have had recently. Cara, my stylist, was extremely professional and very polite and friendly. I have been to other locations lately and it's usually 3 minutes in and out which is great sometimes, but when your stylist takes time to really invest in each interaction, it definitely elevates the experience. I enjoyed visiting with Cara and the time she took to make sure I was taken care of in every way. I was extremely satisfied with this visit and will definitely be back. I think Sport Clips would do very well to make sure they keep Cara, and stylists like her, happy so they keep customers happy and coming back for more.

I absolutely love this apartment complex!!! They have so many ways of helping when we need it and have many programs to help us so we don’t get any negative impacts on our credit or anything!!!! Best apartment complex lovely maintenance and office as well as BEAUTIFUL HOMES!!! They have monthly give aways and events (I don’t know if it’s every month but it’s been most since I’ve been here!) Thank you ocio!!!!

Jasmine is an amazing hair stylist and is such a wonderful person! I look forward to getting my haircut from her weekly, and is always the best part of my day. She professional and actually cares about her clients. Plus she always has you leaving with the freshest cut and the biggest smile. You might have to wait for her sometimes, but trust me it’s worth it!

This has been a dream come true! The staff is so friendly and welcoming here always offering help and taking care of business! The apartments are new and were spotless moving in. We feel safe with the gated community aspect. The pool area is resort style and wonderful. I would recommend anyone to live here we are loving the experience so far! The pictures I added is the view from our window. The sun rises on us every morning which makes me wake up so happy and refreshed. LOVE IT

The Forney store is the best in Texas, if not the nation. I will trust no other barber/salon. Every stylist in the store so you do not have to pick just one. This means their training program is top notch. The whole Forney store really looks like a fun cohesive unit and it shows in the atmosphere there.
