She got to me as soon as she was able and then was very attentive and answered all questions I had about upgrading my phone. I had removed my screen protector before coming to the store. She was able to install it for me since I had bought it when I upgraded to my current iPhone. The store didn't have a color I might want so I'm waiting until October when a new phone will be released.”

“If you haven't done business with John in a while, you might want to give him a try again. I purchased a brake booster from DAP a few years ago and it recently failed. I boxed it up, sent it back to John, and a few days later a warranty replacement showed up at my house. Whatever John is doing now, he is getting stuff out the door quicker than he has in the past. I purchased a set of rebuilt calipers from John last year as well. They shipped fast as well. I recommend communicating with John by email. He has a lot going on and email seems to be the easiest way to keep in touch. Thanks for taking care of that brake booster for me!”
