Northeast Ob/Gyn Associates, Boerne

So far have had a great experience with everyone at this practice. From the start I felt very comfortable with this practice. Although you should be prepared for a lengthy hold to schedule an appointment, the woman who I spoke to on the phone to schedule my appointment was very nice and helpful. I have Medicaid for pregnant women through community first and she worked with me to find a doctor at the location I preferred and a woman doctor upon my request. I was placed with Dr. Heather Caddell who just made me feel so comfortable during my appointment, especially since I was nervous as this is my first pregnancy. The ladies in the office were very nice and prompt. I got there early to fill out paperwork and was taken back to a room as soon as I was finished with the paperwork. The appointment was quicker than I expected but completely thorough. So far I feel extremely lucky to have found this office and that they accept my insurance. Thank you!

Easily booked my first appointment over the phone and although I had to wait several weeks to see Dr. Berg at the Boerne location, it was absolutely worth it! She is thorough, kind, and very helpful in managing health and finding the best solutions for each individual's needs. I highly recommend her. The Boerne location was very quiet, clean, and welcoming.

I absolutely love this office they are so caring and thoughtful. My doctor Ashley Gleeves is such a wonderful doctor and never misses out on any detail of information. She’s great at answering any questions I have. I highly recommend her:)
