  I lost a little respect for them during my wife’s last visit. They quoted her that the repair would be under $250 and then charged her more when she went to pick up her truck. She wasn’t dealing with the owner like usual. They are usually straight up and have done great work for my wife when I’m out of town. Just make sure you deal with the owner not his employees when it comes to quotes and final bill.

  After my initial review I was called by Jeff from the shop. He has assured me that he is sincerely sorry for the mis-quote and explained to me in better detail what had happened. He did exactly what I would expect from him after doing so much in the past and always being very satisfied with the work. Not many American owned businesses anymore and I want to see him continue to succeed and prosper. I do believe that shop will be celebrating its 50th year so congratulations and keep up the good work.

  Took my truck here for an alignment a few weeks ago. Once they pulled it in, they inspected it thoroughly and found a few problems with the front end that were missed by other shops. The tech walked me in the shop, showed me everything that it needed, and told me he wouldn't take my money for an alignment that wouldn't be correct. After telling them I do my own work, they wrote everything the truck needed down, charged a very reasonable diag fee (nobody should have to waste their time for free) and sent me on my way, no pressure to have them do the work. That goes a long way in my book!

  Best service and mechanics in the area. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Only service center I'll use.

  A great shop with great people there. Always great service! Jeff and Mickey and the team of mechanics will always do you right. All of our vehicles come here for A1 service. Can not be beat!
